Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In the rare instance that you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to the return policy below. We will make every effort possible to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

We have every confidence you will be completely satisfied with your Cuddle Bug Baby Product purchase. In the rare instance that this is not the case, you may return product for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and include original ribbons and hang tags. Product not in new condition is only returnable if defective (see below). You MUST contact us directly FIRST before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Even exchanges for an alternate color or size are gladly provided (customer must pay shipping to us and new shipping charges back to customer). Product must be in new condition (i.e. not used or laundered) and must include original ribbons and hang tags. Product must be returned to our offices before we can send exchange merchandise. No exceptions. You MUST contact us directly before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

Please note all sales on clearance items, discontinued products or seconds are final; no exchange or refund on these items.

We strive to produce the highest quality product, made with the finest materials and workmanship available. If within 30 days of purchase you encounter problems involving defective product, you may return the defective product for exchange or refund. The defective product must be returned to our offices before refunds or replacements are issued. No exceptions.
