		Click on a question below: How long will my order take to process? How are orders shipped? If I request gift wrapping, what is included? Where are Cuddle Bug Baby Products made? 	We generally process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Credit Card orders usually ship out from our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days after processing. On-line and mailed in checks ship usually within 5 business days of receipt of check in our offices. Orders ship from our warehouse Mondays through Fridays. 	For orders shipped within the US, you may choose between 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail or overnight Express Mail (not counting Sundays). Orders to Canada ship USPS Global Priority Mail. Please add this transit time to the processing time noted above to determine when your order will arrive at its destination. For more information on shipping, see our Shipping Information page.


	Gift orders come in a nice white box wrapped in your choice of themed wrapping paper. A gift enclosure card is attached to the front. If you add personal comments, your sentiment is hand written on the gift enclosure card. All orders ship with only packing slips, not invoices with prices. 	All our products are made in the USA. They are made in small batches by people who care about babies.


	Cuddle Bug Baby Products has a strict privacy policy. Bottom line: your private information will not be shared, rented, or sold to any outside company. Period.


	In the rare instance where you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return/exchange your purchase. We have a 30 day money back guarantee. See our return policy for details. Please note that all sales are final on clearance and discontinued items; no exchanges or refunds.


	We do not utilize home sewers at this time.
